Alessio Facondo

Alessio Facondo has over 40 years of experience in senior leadership roles across the aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors. He founded R.M.S. S.r.l., a consulting firm supporting leading investment funds in industrial due diligence and restructuring activities in the Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, and Energy sectors. Previously, he served as Managing Director of the Aerostructures Division at Leonardo Finmeccanica, Chief Operating Officer of Selex ES, Managing Director of AgustaWestland, Managing Director of Voith Turbo Germany, and Technical Director of Streparava. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano and is an alumnus of the Executive Leadership Programme at Imperial College London.
